✔️ Inform the received "UNIQUE CODE" by going to the "CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE SELLER" tab
✔️ Login by QR code or send your login and password from Steam, after the seller´s response, you will need a Steam Guard code (or a code from the mail, if there is a confirmation of entry by mail)
✔️ Wait for the seller´s response about the completion of the account transfer procedure

✅Yes, after the change, you can make a refund for any purchased game (except for the game that was purchased to change the region).

✅No, immediately after changing the region, you can buy games or donate.

✅No, after changing the region, you can safely use the steam without using VPN (except when you need to write to steam support)
❓Is it possible to pay for games after changing with my card?
✅No, you cannot pay for games with your card.
Will games purchased in the Russian region be available?
✅Yes, you will still be able to download and play these games.
Will the Russian language be available in the games/the steam itself?
✅Yes, changing the region does not affect the language settings.
